Customer Support Representative

Position Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer support requests.
  • Review escalated documentation review requests.
  • Assist in projects to grow and improve the company.
  • Conduct root cause analysis.
  • Work with Customer Success to handle escalated support requests.
  • Work with the Product Development team to improve our solutions. 
     

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills, business writing skills and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Fluent in major business software applications (Google Apps, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Relevant small business and HR industry experience is a plus.
